It's so odd how our minds function. Being a passionate individual, I will in general connect sentiments to everything, nourishment particularly. Not that I'm a passionate overeater, but rather that I associate recollections to the nourishment I'm eating. Any pivotal turning point in my life I can disclose to you what I was eating or cooking to celebrate.
Nourishment is without a doubt a major piece of my main avenue for affection. It's the means by which I demonstrate other's I give it a second thought. Possibly I'm not the most smooth or well-spoken individual, but rather if something isn't right with those I adore, I will appear with lasagna or some dish to help out or facilitate their weight. Sustenance is a general dialect, one that everybody increases in value.
Lesson of this story? Locate your glad place and make approaches to interface with it when you can't be there. Stolen minutes from the bedlam help keep us adjusted and focused so we can be better for ourselves as well as other people.

- 2 cups Whole milk nut milks do not work well as a non dairy substitution but soy milk works great
- 1 teabag Earl Grey (or 1-2 tsp loose leaf tea)
- 1 teaspoon dried lavender
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 1 teasoon honey Sweeten to taste
- Comforting earl grey latte with lavender and honey
INSTRUCTIONS :
- In a small pot, combine milk, tea, dried lavender, and vanilla
- Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes and stir occasionally
- Be sure not to scald milk and decrease heat if needed
- Remove from heat and allow tea to steep for an additional 2-3 minutes
- Strain liquid into your favorite mug
- Add honey and stir
- Garnish with additional lavender if you wish
