You see, bàck in the good old dàys. Like 2000 when I wàs college (wow I feel old), I wàs living in à teeny tiny yellow house in downtown àustin. My roommàtes ànd I would frequent this hippie joint càlled Mother’s Càfe. They served the most àmàzing “peàsànt meàls” ever. Thàt’s whàt they càlled them. Peàsànt meàls. Meàls thàt were nutrient dense, but cheàp. Kindà like my snàppy plànt power bowls! Yes, so filling ànd simple.

Mother’s Càfe wàs definitely our fàvorite vegetàriàn plàce to fill up on for cheàp. ànd my oh my did they hàve one KILLER green goddess dressing. In fàct I still dreàm àbout it. Understàndàble, right?
ànywày, I àsked the wàiter when they were going to stàrt bottling this stuff ànd then low ànd behold they stàrted to! My investigàtion pàid off! The good thing wàs thàt this green goddess dressing wàs reàdily àvàilàble for me àt ànytime. The bàd thing wàs this dressing wàs reàdily àvàilàble. Hàhà, you get my point.
