A fun turn on the conventional lemonade that is brilliantly tart, sweet, reviving and staggeringly simple to prepare!
It is formally summer and the climate has achieved the 90s here. Furthermore, with this late spring warmth, I should make a beeline for the shoreline and chill off yet rather, I have stayed at home with this lemonade.
It's significantly more invigorating than sitting close by the sea with sand in your hair. It shows signs of improvement as you marathon watch Orange is the New Black with this lemonade close by.

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 cups watermelon juice
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
DIRECTIONS :
- To make the simple syrup, combine sugar and 1/2 cup water in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved; let cool.
- In a large pitcher, whisk together simple syrup, watermelon juice, lemon juice, pineapple juice and 5 cups water. Place in the refrigerator until chilled.
- Serve over ice with mint leaves, if desired.
