These No Bake Brownie Energy Bites are made with just 5 fixings, veggie lover and without gluten and are an ideal snappy solid breakfast or tidbit!

Things I love about summer: flip lemon, flame broiling, summer natural products, and no prepare treats. No prepare treats made with 5 fundamental fixings, in a short time, that will add no additional warmth to your effectively blistering summer home AND that have an aftertaste like brownies! Sounds truly immaculate right? A valid example: these No Bake Brownie Energy Bites otherwise called ecstasy balls. P.S. I've just made these multiple times and it's not by any means summer.

How about we back up a piece: I am ridiculously terrible at making breakfast on schedule: genuine story! It isn't so much that I attempt to skip it, yet I appear to discover a huge amount of reasons promptly in the first part of the day. Additional rest, fantasizing about stacked waffles, promising myself I will have a protein smoothie. At the point when I make-ahead treats anyway like these brownies nibbles, pumpkin pie medium-term oats, banana oat breakfast treats or oat waffles, I am absolutely over my on-time breakfast time.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1 cup dates (Medjool), chopped
  • 1/3 cup + 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut flakes
  • pinch salt

  1. Grind the walnuts and almonds in a food processor, until a dough starts to form. Add the dates, cocoa powder, ¼ cup shredded coconut flakes and salt and process until incorporated and the mixture begins to turn into a dough.
  2. Roll the mixture into round balls using the help of saran wrap (wrap it around the bites to form a circle), until all the mixture is finished.
  3. Roll the balls in the last ¼ cup shredded coconut flakes.
  4. Place in the fridge for at least an hour, then enjoy!
